Register via NSER: BISP uses the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) to determine eligibility. Survey teams visit households to collect data.

Receive Confirmation: If registered, you’ll get a message from 8171. Visit the nearest BISP office with your CNIC for further processing.

Missed the Survey? You can register at any BISP office in your Union Council. A survey team will later visit your home to verify eligibility for the Rs. 13,500 stipend.

The Initial Registration Phase at the local BISP office requires the following documents.

How to Receive Benazir Kafalat Program Money:
After the completion of the registration and verification process, the married women will be notified by 8171 extension. From the POS retailer or ATM, you can receive your Kafalat Program 13500.
